The "Kaspar" leg pockets are built from 7 flexibly connected slats and adapted to the "Kaspar" torso, but can also be worn in combination with other breastplates that are equipped with appropriate straps.
The deep black burnished surfaces and the contrasting bare edges of the burnished version visually enhance the "Kaspar" series. Following the example of German equestrian armor from the middle of the 16th to the middle of the 17th century, the browning is broken through by bare parts. This makes the armor appear even more massive.
